Mark Canha leading off Monday for Milwaukee
Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Mark Canha will start at designated hitter and bat leadoff in Monday's series opener against left-hander Jesus Luzardo and the Miami Marlins.
Canha will shift to DH and leadoff duty as the Brewers take on a southpaw. Sal Frelick, who led off the last two games, will bat eighth and Willy Adames will handle cleanup duty.
numberFire’s models project Canha ($2,700) for 10.1 FanDuel points on Monday. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Brewers' implied total is 3.72 and the game total is a pitcher-friendly 7.0. Luzardo has a 3.59 ERA (3.92 xERA) and 1.20 WHIP this season, with a strong 28.2% strikeout rate and solid 7.0% walk rate.
