Phillies' Aaron Altherr done for season with ligament tear in toe
Philadelphia Phillies outfielder Aaron Altherr has been diagnosed with a ligament tear in his right big toe.
Altherr suffered the injury when he collided aggressively with the outfield wall while trying to track down a fly ball during Monday's game against the Colorado Rockies. The 27-year-old will not play again this season.
Altherr averaged 5.7 FanDuel points in 105 games this season, with a .181/.295/.333 slash, 8 home runs, 38 RBI, 28 runs scored, and 3 steals across 285 plate appearances.
