Yoenis Cespedes (hamstring) makes an early exit for the Mets
New York Mets outfielder Yoenis Cespedes made an early exit from Thursday afternoon's meeting with the Atlanta Braves due to a pulled hamstring.
Cespedes suffered the hamstring strain running the bases on Thursday and was replaced by Juan Lagares. Look for Cespedes to land on the 10-day disabled list with the injury.
Cespedes has had a strong start to 2017, slashing .262/.370/.607 with a .409 wOBA through 73 plate appearances.
