Portland Trail Blazers guard/forward Matisse Thybulle (right ankle impingement) is out for Wednesday's game against the Atlanta Hawks.
Thybulle has been downgraded from questionable and ruled out for a fifth straight game. The Trail Blazers are sticking with the same all-rookie lineup for a third consecutive outing.
