Tristan Thompson steps up for Cavaliers, snags 10 rebounds in victory
Cleveland Cavaliers big man Tristan Thompson had his best game of the 2017 NBA Finals, scoring 5 points with 10 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 turnovers.
Thompson played like the rebounding pest who helped the Cavs knock off the Warriors a year ago. He was a monster on the glass, snaring 10 boards after totaling just 13 rebounds through the first three games of the series.
Thompson's 35 minutes marked the first time in the series that he played more than 23 minutes as Cleveland's superb first half (86 points) kept them from having to go small in an effort to chase the game. Game 5 will take place Monday night in Oakland.
