Colts' Frank Gore is beat up, according to Chuck Pagano
Indianapolis Colts running back Frank Gore is "beat to crap", head coach Chuck Pagano admitted on Friday.
Gore turned 19 attempts into a measly 24 yards on Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, continuing an incredibly inefficient and ineffective season for the 32-year-old back.
Gore had one of the worst rushing performances of the weekend, evidenced by his -5.73 Rushing Net Expected Points (NEP). The Colts take on the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday, who currently boast the best rush defense in the league, according to our metrics.
