Bucs' DeSean Jackson (thumb) may sit out the rest of the season
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver DeSean Jackson (thumb) may sit out the rest of the season, according to Jenna Laine of ESPN.
Jackson is dealing with a thumb injury but the veteran wideout is not in the team's long-term plans and may sit out as they give Chris Godwin more reps. Jackson has been frustrated with his role on the team and will likely be headed to his fourth team this offseason.
Jackson has caught 40 passes for 750 yards and 4 touchdowns this season.
