Broncos' Aqib Talib not expected to face discipline from league
Denver Broncos cornerback Aqib Talib is not expected to face league discipline for an incident which resulted in the corner being shot in the leg, reports Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
Details surrounding the legal investigation remain unknown, but it was believed at one point that Talib may have accidentally shot himself, which could have had serious legal ramifications. It sounds like the incident will be put behind him soon.
Talib assisted on a tackle and deflected a pass in the first week of the season. We project him to record 3.49 tackles, 0.78 pass deflections and 0.22 interceptions against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 2.
