Cowboys' Dez Bryant has fracture in knee
Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant has a hairline fracture in his knee, but hopes to play in Week 4 against the San Francisco 49ers, according to coach Jason Garrett.
Garrett was unclear about how long the recovery timeline might be for Bryant, but he didn't practice Wedensday, and it seems overly optimistic to expect him to play this weekend.
Bryant has had a slow start to the season, and ranks second on the Cowboys -- behind Cole Beasley -- in both Reception Net Expected Points (NEP) and Reception NEP per target.
