Ty Montgomery will start at running back for Packers on Sunday
Green Bay Packers wide receiver/running back Ty Montgomery is expected to start Sunday in Week 15 against the Chicago Bears.
Montgomery is going to be the lead back with a fairly significant workload, since James Starks (concussion) on the shelf this week. Montgomery scored his first rushing touchdown a week ago while matching a career-high with nine carries. The Packers probably won't be looking to throw deep in a game with sub-zero temperatures, not to mention quarterback Aaron Rodgers (hamstring) would like some pressure off of him. Christine Michael will mix in as well.
Our models are bearish on Montgomery, projecting him outside the top-40 fantasy wide receivers for the week with 7 total touches for 42 yards from scrimmage and 0.41 touchdowns.
