Ezekiel Elliott granted stay, will play for Cowboys in Week 9
Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott has been granted a request for temporary stay of his six-game suspension by the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and he will be eligible to play against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 9.
The saga continues. The stay is only for Week 9, so there will be more drama next week, but for now, Elliott will play against the Chiefs on Sunday. Alfred Morris, Darren McFadden, and Rod Smith are still worth holding until we find out Elliott's status for Week 10 versus the Atlanta Falcons, and beyond.
numberFire's project Elliott for 24.4 FanDuel points at a cost of $8,900 versus the Chiefs, with 117.4 rushing yards, 17.8 receiving yards, and 1.53 touchdowns on 25.0 touches (2.6 catches). He's the top-rated running back in our Week 9 fantasy rankings.
