Questions
How do I cancel my numberFire subscription?
Maybe I'm just stupid, but I can't find a button to cancel my subscription, and an email to numberFire's "connect@numberfire.com" address went unanswered.

Does anyone here know how to cancel an account? Thanks.

No cancel button on my screen. Cannot cancel by email, yet no phone number to call. Very frustrating, by design I'm sure.

Update: I had signed up with a different email, which is why I wasn't seeing any subscriptions or cancel button. They were quick to respond to my email and were able to steer me in the right direction.

SCAM! There is no way it should be that hard to cancel a subscription. There was no deactivation option through the app and had to go on a wild goose chase to finally find this part of the site. Wish I would've seen this sooner could've saved a lot of money. Very unhappy with the site and services.

I have a free trial therefore there is no plan to cancel but I do not want to wait until I am charged for plan before I cancel. I do not want this and there is no obvious way that I can see to discontinue this.

numberFire- If you're going to offer a free trail period make sure you offer a legit 'cancel' link so people can avoid being charged if they no longer feel it's worth having a paid subscription. Don't say there's a link to cancel when clearly there isn't- unless the link appears after the first charge. If that's the case... tsk tsk tsk.

To those who have subscribed to any of the 1 of 3 different free trial memberships- if you get an un-authorized charge (because that's what it is then) report it to your bank/credit card. Explain the situation and they will take the proper measures.

I personally signed up for the free trail to see what they offer. When it was time to cancel before the expiration date of the free trial there's no link to do- as advertised. I emailed them to resolve this and waiting to see what they say.

I am having the same Cancelation issues with my account. I currently have the free trial and am trying to cancel before the month is over, to avoid the charge. The website said you can cancel at any time, yet there is no cancel button on the " "pricing", "premium" , or " accounts" pages. Could you please help me?

The cancel button isn't showing up for me either. You can't even change or access any of your card info which seems shady as well. I sent an email asking for help with this issue and will let everyone know when I hear back.

I am still being charged for the past 3 months despite not having any premium services listed under My Account. You need to cancel this immediately and I expect a full refund.

Hey Erin, if you go to the Premium page, you should see a 'Cancel' button underneath the plan you purchased (https://www.numberfire.com/premium). Also, if you go to My Services/Account under the premium page (https://www.numberfire.com/premium/my-services) you should see a link in the text 'Click here to cancel your subscription.' Should probably be a bit bigger, I will tell the designer to make it more obvious.

Let me know whether or not you successfully unsubscribed. I personally don't check the connect@numberfire.com account, someone else does. But i always love to help out people who use our site. Sorry to see you unsubscribe, hope you keep using the site. michael [at] numberfire.com

I do not have a premium account. How do I unsubscribe from numberfire?
    Michael Worthington (586 Reputation Points)
If you go to https://www.numberfire.com/premium/pricing you'll see the three plans we offer. The plan that you are currently subscribed to should have a "Cancel" button. Upon hitting the button, you will be asked if you are sure you want to cancel your subscription. Hit "Ok" and the subscription will be shut off right away. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any further questions or even comments regarding our premium offerings.

Michael. I got the first month for free and I want to cancel before I get charged. But your site will not let me cancel it until you charge me...it is a great scam. Do you think you could please help me from getting ripped off?
    Michael Worthington (586 Reputation Points)
Toby, I looked at your account and you already canceled. Are you still able to see premium features? Can you email me a screenshot of what you are seeing that makes you think you haven't canceled your premium account, please. My email is michael@numberfire.com
    kyle allen (500 Reputation Points)
I am having the same issue. I did the free trial for the rookie package and would like to cancel before being charged. I cannot find a cancel subscription option anywhere. Can you check my account and make sure I will not be charged?
    Ralph Boyd (500 Reputation Points)
wow what a convoluted website i signed up for free trial cannot see any of the premium content i click on account it says i do not have one i put credit card info in and got nothing?
    Michael Will (500 Reputation Points)
Same here, Ralph. No cancel button either, which I suspect is not going to pop up until AFTER they jack our accounts for the first payment. Since they make it impossible for one to cancel until after they have taken the money, I suspect there is something illegal in that. Just complain to your bank if it happens, they will take the appropriate measures.
    Michael Worthington (586 Reputation Points)
@Michael Will, there is no premium subscription attached to your account. Is it possible you registered under a different account for Premium?
    Michael Worthington (586 Reputation Points)
@Ralph, you signed up for a Recruit subscription. Is it possible you were trying to access content that is only available under Rookie or All-Pro subscriptions?
    Luke Lukose (500 Reputation Points)
@Michael Washington, i am having the same issue. i can't find a cancel button anywhere in the website. My name is Luke Lukose
