Welington Castillo is having a decent season, slashing .275/.328/.448 with a .329 wOBA and .173 ISO. What really stands out, though, is his career-high 38.5% hard-hit rate and career-low 13.7% soft-hit rate.
He has also been producing quite well since the All-Star break, slashing .296/.376/.469 with a .357 wOBA. He should be able to build on that success with a good matchup against Matt Wisler.
The sophomore Wisler has had a rough start to his big-league career, posting a 4.95 ERA and 4.82 SIERA (including a 5.16 ERA and 4.68 SIERA on the season).
With a good matchup, especially when playing at home in the hitter-friendly Chase Field, Castillo has a shot to put some big numbers.
