Looking at his splits against lefties, while the sample size is a relatively small 101 plate appearances, he has been dominant, slashing .340/.386/.691 with a .449 wOBA

He's up against a southpaw today in Brandon Finnegan. The Cincinnati Reds' lefty is having a really rough season with a 4.91 SIERA through 27 starts.

Finnegan has allowed a .327 wOBA and 37.4% hard-hit rate to right-handed hitters over his career, making this an ideal spot for Flores.
