4 Under-the-Radar Daily Fantasy Baseball Plays for 9/19/16
With so many big aces on the slate, Jason Hammel makes for a great pivot play. Who else should you target in tournaments?

Jayson Werth, OF, Washington Nationals

FanDuel Price: $3,700

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

The Nationals also sport a pretty pedestrian implied team total of 4.44 runs on the day. With red-hot teammate Trea Turner getting most of the love, Rockies lefties Charlie Blackmon and Carlos Gonzalez in great spots, and Mike Trout getting to face a lefty, Jayson Werth could go under-owned on the slate.

Why You Should Use Him:

While Werth has cooled from his red-hot August, he's mashed left-handed pitchers throughout 2016, raising his slugging percentage by 374 percentage points (1.044 versus .670, respectively) while more than doubling his ISO (.289 versus .141, respectively).

Wei-Yen Chen really struggles with the long ball, and has allowed 20 home runs in only 110 innings pitched in 2016 (1.64 home runs per nine innings pitched).

His 4.22 SIERA is the worst mark of his career, and with a 37.7% hard-hit rate at home, the Nationals and Werth could be in line for a big day.
