Cessa has only played in 14 big league games but has an ugly 4.44 ERA and 4.58 SIERA with a 14.8% strikeout rate through 52 2/3 innings. Left-handed hitters have teed off on him for a 37.3% hard-hit rate with only a 10.5% soft-hit rate, and Dickerson has some massive upside in this one.
