FanDuel Price: $7,900
Why He Will Go Overlooked:
There's five expensive aces on the main slate for Wednesday, including studs Chris Sale, making his Boston Red Sox debut, along with Jacob deGrom. Pitching in hitter-friendly Cincinnati, Jerad Eickhoff shouldn't see much ownership.
Why You Should Use Him:
Eickhoff averaged a solid 30.27 FanDuel points per game last season. Despite that production, he's just the 11th-most expensive pitcher on the slate.
Eickhoff was pretty consistent last year. He toed the slab for 33 starts, logging a quality start in 20 of them. Remember, new to this year's FanDuel scoring is four points for a quality start.
All of this adds up to a nice option at a pretty low price point.
