The switch-hitting Jonathan Villar has done his best work against southpaws over his career, but he's no slouch against righties either. In 2016, he posted a decent .345 wOBA and 34.8% hard-hit rate against right-handed pitching, and (in an admittedly small sample of 55 plate appearances) he has beaten up on righties with a 51.6% hard-hit rate to start the 2017 season.
Adam Wainwright has a 4.20 SIEA through three starts this season after finishing 2016 at 4.31 -- his worst since 2007 -- while he's giving up a huge 38.0% hard-hit rate, making this a good spot for Villar.
