Ricky Nolasco is one of the worst starting pitchers in action today, making the Oakland Athletics a team to target.

Nolasco has posted a SIERA above 4.00 in four of his last five seasons, and has opened 2017 with a 4.15 mark. The 34.1% hard-hit rate he allowed last year was a career high, and he owns a 34.2% mark through his first four starts.

Matt Joyce is coming off a career year in 2016 when he posted a .375 wOBA over 293 plate appearances. He hasn't matched that production so far, though he is sporting an excellent 37.5% hard-hit rate and 50.0% fly-ball rate with only a 10.0% soft-hit rate against right-handed pitching.
