On the other side of that Rockies/Diamondbacks matchup, Colorado bats aren't quite as well-positioned, but they still draw a plus matchup against Robbie Ray.

Ray has a middling 3.77 SIERA through four starts and has generally struggled with right-handed hitters, sporting a career 4.14 xFIP and allowing a .345 wOBA on a 38.1% hard-hit rate.

Nolan Arenado gets a big boost from a matchup like this. He has started the year strong, following 2016's career-best .386 wOBA with a .431 through 95 plate appearances in 2017, and he has blasted southpaws for a 45.8% hard-hit rate after posting a 38.3% mark last year.
