4 Under-the-Radar Daily Fantasy Baseball Plays for 5/16/17
Despite what would appear to be a matchup in a tough pitcher's park, Jonathan Villar makes for a great play. Which other MLB players could get overlooked on Tuesday's DFS slate?

Jonathan Villar, 2B, Milwaukee Brewers

FanDuel Price: $3,300

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

Brian Dozier takes aim at Kyle Freeland of the Colorado Rockies, and Freeland could be in for a long day -- Dozier posts absurd numbers against left-handed pitching, most notably a career wRC+ mark of 130. He should see the lion's share of ownership at the position.

Normally, the Milwaukee Brewers are a pretty popular play, but maybe not so much on Tuesday night -- they'll continue a series at Petco Park, which ranks 24th in park factor over the last three seasons. Brewers players will more than likely see lower ownership than we have become accustomed to.

Why You Should Use Him:

Despite an implied team total of only 3.88 runs, Jonathan Villar had posted double-digit FanDuel points in each of his last four contests prior to Monday.

And despite Petco being so pitcher-friendly, Clayton Richard, Villar's opponent, hasn't loved it so much. In 17 2/3 innings pitched this season at home, the southpaw has posted a 5.09 ERA and .370 wOBA.

Richard has also had trouble with right-handed bats -- in 2017 (in over 150 batters faced) he's allowed righties to post a .400 wOBA against him.
