4 Under-the-Radar Daily Fantasy Baseball Plays for 5/19/17
Heating up recently after a slow start, Rougned Odor could be in line for a big night. Who else makes for a solid sleeper play on Friday's MLB DFS slate?

Rougned Odor, 2B, Texas Rangers

FanDuel Price: $2,900

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

Starlin Castro, who was long hyped as a member of the Chicago Cubs, seems to finally be hitting his stride as a member of the New York Yankees. Hitting in the heart of the order, he's averaged 12.7 FanDuel points per game so far this year.

One hitter that hasn't been so hot is Rougned Odor -- with only a .262 wOBA, he's been a pretty poor source of offense in 2017 after a 33-homer campaign last year.

Why You Should Use Him:

The Texas Rangers will take aim at Daniel Norris of the Detroit Tigers, who's had a hard time with same-sided lefties, allowing a .399 wOBA and a 40.9% hard-hit rate to them.

It's not too much of a surprise that Norris has struggled to a 4.96 SIERA this season.

And Odor may finally be showing signs of life -- in his last seven contests, he's posted double-digit FanDuel points in four of them.

With the platoon advantage against him but many positives in his favor, this all of this adds up to a chance at a big night for Odor in a sneaky spot.
