Elvis Andrus is another guy who's had a pretty slow start to the year, but he's not far removed from a 2016 campaign that saw him post a strong .377 wOBA against left-handed pitching, and shaky numbers through 40 plate appearances against southpaws this year aren't enough to completely overshadow that.
Drew Pomeranz isn't having a bad season for the Boston Red Sox, but he's allowing a big 36.1% hard-hit rate and his 4.03 xFIP against right-handed hitters isn't especially strong. In a vacuum Andrus isn't an exciting play, but there's not a ton of value available on today's slate, making him a viable option.
