FanDuel Price: $2,100
Chris Herrmann has been making some good contact recently, and he ranks seventh in average batted-ball distance among players with at least 10 batted balls over the past 15 days.
He has a decent .330 wOBA on a 36.7% hard-hit rate against right-handed pitching this season, and he brings that into a matchup against San Diego Padres righty Dinelson Lamet, who's looked good in two major league starts. (That said, we only have a 10-inning sample-size, and he posted a middling 3.71 xFIP in 8 Triple-A starts this year.)
The Arizona Diamondbacks have a solid 4.86 implied total in this one, and numberFire's models project Herrmann as the top point-per-dollar value on the slate.
