But on a day with so many good hitting spots, his matchup with ground-ball specialist Mike Leake puts him behind the rest of the pack. Leake isn't getting a high rate of punchouts against lefties (11.8%), but he keeps the ball on the ground (60.7%) and limits hard contact (25.6%).

Shaw might be able to get a few hits off Leake, but he's unlikely have a big day and live up to his relatively high price point.
