Philadelphia Phillies righty Ben Lively hasn't inspired much confidence at the big league level with an ugly 5.93 SIERA through his five career starts after a 3.91 xFIP in Triple-A this season. Considering that he's also allowed a 41.1% fly-ball rate since getting promoted (and a 46.0% fly-ball rate in the minors), he makes for an appealing fantasy matchup.

T.J. Rivera's 2017 season hasn't been anything special, but he's got a 40.3% fly-ball rate of his own, and this matchup gives him some really nice upside while being priced barely above minimum salary.
