Daily Fantasy Baseball: Batted-Ball Positive Regression Candidates for Week 14
Yasiel Puig has been a frustrating fantasy player this year, but he is due for some good results in the near future if he maintains his recent batted-ball numbers.

Yasiel Puig, OF, Los Angeles Dodgers

Yasiel Puig has come on strong after a disappointing first couple months of the season. He is hitting lefties hard, with an average exit velocity of 92.5 MPH off them in the last three weeks. Puig is also striking out less lately, owning a 14.1% strikeout rate in June. Puig is currently batting towards the end of the Dodgers' order, which is less than ideal, but he has been around $2,500 on FanDuel recently.

Puig will see a couple lefties this week in Patrick Corbin and Danny Duffy, both of whom struggle with right-handed power. If Puig gets a lineup bump to the middle of the order, he would make for a great high-upside play in tournaments.
