Mike Napoli is another Rangers righty that gets a big bump in fantasy appeal from tonight's matchup with Miley and the O's.

Napoli ranks top-100 in average exit velocity and top-40 in average batted-ball distance among hitters with at least 30 batted balls on the season, and while his production has been pretty weak, he has a big 44.4% hard-hit rate and 58.3% fly-ball rate against left-handed pitching.

He doesn't have an especially high floor, but making contact like that has him offering huge upside relative to his price-tag.
