Why He Will Go Overlooked:
Facing rookie Brock Stewart tonight, Brian Dozier could be in line for some sky-high ownership rates. Dozier has picked it up coming out of the All-Star break, highlighted by a 30.9-point bomb on Sunday against the Detroit Tigers.
The definition of a boom-or-bust type hitter, Rougned Odor and his paltry .215 batting average are likely to be ignored.
Why You Should Use Him:
If Odor can get into the right matchup, he's likely to put up some bananas scores, and tonight could be one of those nights.
While Jose Urena of the Miami Marlins has been solid, he's had trouble with the platoon disadvantage against lefties. They've owned him for a 33.1% hard-hit rate and a 49.3% fly-ball rate.
Even though he hasn't been great in 2017, Odor has shown some signs of life recently. Over the last 10 days, in 27 plate appearances against righties, Odor's posted a .360 ISO, a 44.4% hard-hit rate and a 52.9% fly-ball rate.
This matchup is a tasty one for Odor, and it could be a long night for the Marlins hurler.
