3 Daily Fantasy Baseball Players to Avoid on 7/27/17
Luis Perdomo has a nice home matchup against the Mets, but his recent form makes him tough to trust on tonight's five-game slate.

Todd Frazier, 3B, New York Yankees

FanDuel Price: $3,000

Todd Frazier has a terribly difficult matchup against Chris Archer.

For the season, Archer boasts a 29.3% strikeout rate, 7.7% walk rate and 13.5% swinging-strike rate. That alone should be enough to scare us off, but Archer has been even more potent against righties, trimming his walk rate to 6.3% versus same-sided bats while his strikeout rate climbs a bit to 29.6%.

Oh, and Archer is on fire. He has racked up a 32.1% strikeout rate in July, and these are his game-by-game swinging-strike rates over his last five starts: 19.4%, 13.1%, 13.9%, 17.2% and 10.8%. He's good.

Frazier is having a rough time with right-handed pitchers this season, struggling to a .316 wOBA while striking out 21.3% of the time against them.

The ToddFather is the fourth-most expensive third baseman, but he's the eight-best option at the hot corner, per our projections.
