4 Under-the-Radar Daily Fantasy Baseball Plays for 7/28/17
Astros rookie Derek Fisher was recently called up and has a tasty matchup against Jordan Zimmerman. Who else makes for a strong sleeper play?

Derek Fisher, OF, Houston Astros

FanDuel Price: $2,200

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

Charlie Blackmon gets a lotta pub when he's at home -- and rightfully so -- but he makes for a great option tonight against Tanner Roark on the road. Roark's allowed a .351 wOBA to left-handed hitters, including a 32.1% hard-hit rate and a 38.3% fly-ball rate.

Recently called up due to George Springer being dinged up, rookie Derek Fisher is probably going to see low ownership.

Why You Should Use Him:

The Houston Astros will face Jordan Zimmermann, who's had a rough 2017. For the year, he's posted a 5.81 ERA and 5.11 SIERA.

Lefties are bombing Zimmerman to the tune of a .386 wOBA, a 41.6% hard-hit rate, and a 41.4% fly-ball rate.

Enter Fisher, who's tucked in nicely in the two-hole in a juggernaut lineup. Fisher's posted a .240 ISO in a limited sample this year in the bigs, and posted a .265 ISO at Triple-A at a much larger sample.

At a super-low price-point, consider Fisher for a salary-saving option in the outfield.
