Daily Fantasy Baseball: Batted-Ball Positive Regression Candidates for Week 19
Michael Conforto has been crushing the ball lately and will have some great matchups this week. Who else has been hitting the ball well with subpar results?

Jed Lowrie, 2B, Oakland Athletics

Jed Lowrie had cooled off recently after starting 2017 off very strong, but he's now starting to pick things back up. He has a 91.5 mph average exit velocity against right-handed pitchers over the last two weeks, with an overall hard-hit rate of 41.7%. Despite these solid advanced metrics, he has only a .271 BABIP in that span and his batted-ball profile is littered with lineouts, flyouts, and hard singles.

Lowrie will have a great chance to break out against Yovani Gallardo, Wade Miley, Ubaldo Jimenez, Dylan Bundy, and Jeremy Hellickson. Lowrie will make for a great GPP play all week on FanDuel and has been under $3,000 for a long time.
