3 Daily Fantasy Baseball Players to Avoid on 9/27/17
Bryce Harper is back in our baseball lives, but he may be treated with kid gloves the rest of the regular season, limiting his DFS appeal.

Danny Salazar, SP, Cleveland Indians

FanDuel Price: $8,000

During a short stretch from the end of July into mid-August, Danny Salazar was a dominant force on the mound. Over those five starts, he posted a 2.58 xFIP, a 38.0% strikeout rate, and a 7.4% walk rate. But in the roller coaster that is his 2017, he would return to the disabled list shortly after that, and since his return in early September, he hasn't looked the same.

Curiously, the Cleveland Indians have bounced him between the bullpen and rotation this month, seemingly unsure of what his role will be entering the postseason. Across four appearances, including two starts, he's put up a 4.85 SIERA and a 17.9% walk rate over 6 1/3 innings. Thus, even though he's a tantalizing talent, it's both hard to expect him to perform well and pitch deep into tonight's game. He threw just 54 pitches in his last outing. Sadly, it's a no-go against the Minnesota Twins.
