3 Under-the-Radar Daily Fantasy Baseball Plays for 9/28/17
Evan Gattis has been hammering the ball lately and has another solid matchup tonight. Who else could make for a strong sleeper play on Thursday for MLB DFS?

Evan Gattis, C, Houston Astros

FanDuel Price: $2,900

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

Facing a left-hander tonight, Salvador Perez of the Kansas City Royals is sure to be a popular pick. He's slugged his way to a .244 ISO with the platoon advantage to go with a ridiculous 40.9% hard-hit rate and 51.8% fly-ball rate.

Not showcasing his usual pop with only 12 round trippers in 2017, Evan Gattis could be ignored at catcher.

Why You Should Use Him:

It's been tough for Gattis to get a lot of consistent playing time this year, but he's been getting hot lately. Over his last eight games, he's racked up double-digit FanDuel points six times.

The Houston Astros catcher also gets the added benefit of facing lefty Eduardo Rodriguez of the Boston Red Sox. This season against southpaws, Gattis has socked lefties for a .217 ISO, bolstered by a 33.8% hard-hit rate and 42.3% fly-ball rate.
