Jose Peraza was a below-replacement level player in 2017 thanks to a .259/.297/.324 slash line in 143 games. He only hit five home runs and also hurt you a little in batting average. If you play in a league with on-base percentage as a category, then he hurt you pretty badly there, too.
However, he did swipe 23 bags, one year after stealing 21. He'll likely do the same this season, and if you're looking for another mid-to-late round pick (ADP of 230), Peraza could be a category-filler if you're strong in the areas in which he is weak. Which is, to be fair, pretty much everything else.
