Fantasy Baseball: 9 Players That Are Being Overvalued
The following nine players all enjoyed a solid 2017 campaign, but at their current Average Draft Position, you should avoid them on draft day.

Domingo Santana - Milwaukee Brewers (OF)

Domingo Santana is currently being selected as the 23rd outfielder in fantasy drafts with an ADP of 90.93, and it's easy to understand why.

Looking at last year's .278/.371/.505 triple slash with 30 homers and 15 steals, Santana is an obvious choice there. However, our projections show a different set of numbers in store for 2018, ranking him as fantasy baseball's 44th-best outfielder with a .253 average, 22 dingers, 69 RBI, and 71 runs scored. There is also a problem with playing time for Santana.

The Milwaukee Brewers' depth chart currently have Santana as the starting right fielder, but there is a logjam in the Brew Crew's outfield, with Lorenzo Cain, Christian Yelich and Ryan Braun also needing playing time. It's been suggested Braun would play some first base, which would push Eric Thames into a bench or part-time role. It's just not clear how often Santana is going to play, which is a dicey proposition for a seventh-round pick.
