3 MLB FanDuel Studs to Target on 5/7/18
Carlos Correa is in a sweet spot against lefty Brett Anderson. Which other high-priced players should be on your radar?

Carlos Correa, SS, Houston Astros

Price: $4,200

Oakland southpaw Brett Anderson has made only one start in 2018, but his recent body of work doesn't inspire much confidence. In 73 innings pitched since the start of the 2016 season, he has allowed a huge .387 wOBA while sporting a 4.36 xFIP. In that time, he's giving up a 36.0% hard-hit rate to righties.

The right-handed Carlos Correa shouldn't have much trouble taking advantage of the good matchup.

Correa has opened 2018 looking good, with a .374 wOBA and .213 ISO, which aren't far behind his .394 wOBA and .235 ISO from 2017. Since that 2017 season, he has also been especially good against left-handed pitching, turning a 42.9% hard-hit rate into an outstanding .428 wOBA.
