Daily Fantasy Baseball: Positive Batted-Ball Regression Candidates for Week 7
Bad luck has masked notable plate-discipline gains for struggling Reds slugger Adam Duvall. Who else is knocking on the door to positive regression?

Joey Gallo, 3B, Texas Rangers

Joey Gallo is known to run hot and cold, and the past two weeks have seen the Texas Rangers slugger slip on a particularly icy patch, with an ugly .136 batting average and 47.9% strikeout rate over his past 49 plate appearances.

But a 52.4% hard-hit rate shows that Gallo is still rocking the baseball when he does make contact. The slugger owns a tremendous .308 career isolated slugging against righties, so daily fantasy players can look for Gallo to catch a little heat this week against soft right-handers like Mike Leake, James Shields, Lucas Giolito, and Reynaldo Lopez.
