Daily Fantasy Baseball: Positive Batted-Ball Regression Candidates for Week 9
The power outage from Oakland slugger Matt Joyce appears to be a run of bad batted-ball luck. Which other hitters seem poised for positive regression in Week 9?

Justin Bour, Miami Marlins

Justin Bour hasn't yet followed through on the promise of his 2017 breakout, with the hulking Miami Marlins' slugger battling injuries and limping to a meek .452 slugging percentage after posting a robust .536 mark last season.

Bour's frustrations come with some silver lining: his walks are way up, his swinging strikes way down, and while his overall hard contact is a mediocre 33.6%, that number tracks at 46.0% over the last month.

And even with his inconsistency in 2018, he remains a menace against rightes, with a .283 isolated slugging against them so far this season that bests his already-impressive .237 career mark. Dial up Bour against Jordan Lyles, Clay Buchholz, and Matt Koch for some major power upside at a modest mid-$3,000s FanDuel salary.
