4 Daily Fantasy Baseball Value Plays for 5/30/18
Ryon Healy hits southpaws well and carries a cheap price tag against lefty Matt Moore tonight. What other budget-friendly hitters should you target on Wednesday?

Ryon Healy, 1B, Seattle Mariners

Price: $2,800

Southpaw Matt Moore will take the mound for Texas tonight, making this a really promising spot for the Seattle Mariners' offense. And, accordingly, they're sporting a healthy 4.82 implied total here.

Moore posted a weak 4.86 SIERA in 2017, and his 10 2018 starts have been even worse. His 5.16 SIERA is on pace to be a career-worst, while he's giving up a massive (also career-high) 47.4% hard-hit rate to go with a 40.1% fly-ball rate.

Ryon Healy has shown some serious power this season, with a career-best 40.4% hard-hit rate and .221 ISO. We only have a small sample of 37 plate appearances against lefties, but he has a very noticeable .385 wOBA in that time. Looking at his 250 career plate appearances against southpaws, his wOBA sits at a strong .373 with a .235 ISO. He is a home run candidate this evening.
