Jose Urena's subdued strikeout totals have perennially kept him at the margins of standard fantasy consideration. Well, a 4.66 career ERA doesn't help matters, either, nor does pitching for the basement-dwelling Marlins, who have helped saddle Urena with a 0-7 record through his first 12 starts.
But if there were ever a week to dust off the unassuming fourth-year righty, this might be it. Urena is one of very few appealing and accessible two-start options in Week 10, lining up against two teams in the MLB bottom five in terms of isolated slugging against righties. The upside for wins and strikeouts is minimal, but Urena could certainly offer some volume ratio help.
