Giancarlo Stanton's value does take a hit against right-handed pitching, and he's probably better suited for GPPs. But Mike Fiers' struggles have shown up in righty-righty matchups this year as he's got a 4.81 xFIP, 34.3% hard-hit rate and 44.7% fly-ball rate against right-handed bats.
Stanton also isn't bad against righties by any stretch. Over the last two years, he has made 711 plate appearances against righties, turning in a 36.9% hard-hit and 37.6% fly-ball rate. His production hasn't been special, but his .364 wOBA and .280 ISO in that stretch are still solid marks.
Making this even better, Detroit has one of the worst bullpens in the majors. Looking only at relief pitchers, the Tigers rank bottom-five in xFIP (4.42) and SIERA (4.13). With Fiers' likely struggles and the high implied total, Stanton should get a few cracks at that bullpen, giving him even more upside.
