Fantasy Baseball: 5 Pitchers to Stream in Week 11
Fresh off a complete-game gem, Andrew Heaney lines up for a two-start week, including a matchup with an Oakland team that's been awful against lefties.

Vincent Velasquez, Philadelphia Philles

Start: June 14th v. Colorado Rockies
ESPN percentage owned:

Vincent Velasquez was due for a course correction after rolling through May with a 2.30 ERA that was marred by a conspicuous 3.79 FIP and 91.2% strand rate.

Friday's 10-run drubbing at the hands of the Milwaukee Brewers was perhaps a little dramatic, though. Even with that hair-raising outing on his ledger, the Philadelphia Phillies' righty carries some strong peripherals that suggest his 4.95 season ERA is unfairly bloated. The young fireballer is working with career bests in the strikeout and walk rate columns, with notable improvements in hard-contact rate and line-drive rate compared to his disastrous 2017 numbers.

Velasquez remains a high-variance play who should be treated with kid gloves in shallow leagues, but he is in a nice spot to bounce back this week. He takes the bump against a Rockies team that remains vulnerable away from Coors Field, with a .114 group isolated slugging and a depressed 33.0% hard-hit rate in road games over the last month.
