Returning to the Mariners, they have been alternating between Denard Span and Ben Gamel in left field, and with Span having started last night we can expect Gamel to get the nod here.

He has been producing at a decent clip in 2018, with a .340 wOBA over 144 plate appearances -- representing a significant improvement from the .315 wOBA he notched last year. Looking specifically at Gamel's work against right-handed pitching, he has an especially promising .357 wOBA this season.

Like Zunino, our models are high on Gamel tonight, projecting him as the third-best value on the main slate.
