5 Daily Fantasy Baseball Value Plays for 6/26/18
Eric Hosmer produces well against righties, making him a great value target in a date with Austin Bibens-Dirkx. Which other cost-effective bats should you look to on Tuesday?

Daniel Descalso, 2B, Arizona Diamondbacks

Price: $2,900

Miami Marlins righty Elieser Hernandez has the worst SIERA of all of today's starters, with an egregious 5.96 SIERA over 11 games in his rookie campaign. His 10.2% strikeout rate barely surpasses his 8.8% walk rate, and he has been tagged for a 37.8% hard-hit and 49.5% fly-ball rate with only a 13.5% soft-hit rate. He has allowed an especially horrible .428 wOBA with a 6.81 xFIP against left-handed bats.

Daniel Descalso is having the most productive season of his career, with both his .358 wOBA and .230 ISO on pace to be career-high marks. He looks especially good against righties, turning a 43.5% hard-hit rate into a .371 wOBA and .232 ISO, and he should have no issues with Hernandez.
