3 Daily Fantasy Baseball Players to Avoid on 6/26/18
Charlie Blackmon has been solid this season, but he's on the road against a lefty, making him tough to stomach. Which other players should you avoid on Tuesday?

Whit Merrifield, 2B, Kansas City Royals

FanDuel Price: $2,800

Last season saw Whit Merrifield burst onto the scene with a solid 19-homer, 34-steal combo. He had always showcased nice speed in his minor-league stops, but his previous home-run high at any one stop was 8, so the pop was a nice added bonus.

Unfortunately, 2018 hasn't been more of the same for Merrifield. He has still showcased that blazing speed with 16 thefts this year, but the power has dropped back a bit as he's ripped only 4 home runs with a .122 ISO.

Facing rookie righty Freddy Peralta of the Milwaukee Brewers, Merrifield's struggles could continue tonight. Against righties over his career, Merrifield owns a .309 wOBA and 31.9% hard-hit rate. Factor in Peralta's 42.9% strikeout rate (in a small sample of 28 batters faced) against righties, and staying away from Merrifield seems like a smart move.
