10 Fantasy Baseball Players to Buy and Sell for Week 14
Michael Fulmer hasn't matched his numbers from the past two seasons. Is a turnaround coming, or should you sell him in season-long leagues?

Sell Mike Leake

Mike Leake of the Seattle Mariners plays in a pitcher-friendly park on a good team, and that's always a good thing for fantasy players. However, his other peripherals indicate his recent success, Safeco Field and all, may not be such a great fit for your fantasy team.

Since May 22nd (eight starts), Leake has posted an ERA of 2.22. That's really good. However, he struck out just 14.8% of hitters during that stretch. With a low walk rate and an low opponents' batting average, Leake is a scary proposition in fantasy. He also got off to a bad start this year, posting a 6.00 ERA, 4.88 FIP in his first nine starts of 2018.

Leake is a perfectly fine MLB pitcher. He has a career ERA of 3.98 with low strikeout and low walk totals. He should be a little better in Seattle, a ballpark that caters to pitching. But in terms of fantasy, he just doesn't provide much in the other categories, and now would be a great time to use his recent hot streak to get someone who can do a little more in the strikeout department.
