That soft upcoming schedule for the Milwaukee Brewers should look particularly enticing to Travis Shaw, who is hoping to reverse a month-long slide that's seen him slash .211/.322/.310 over his last 87 plate appearances.
Shaw appears to be seeing the ball well, though, tallying a 13.8% walk rate and just a 7.5% swinging-strike rate over that span, with a very respectable 40.7% hard-hit rate. The lefty slugger carries a .238 isolated slugging (ISO) against righties over the last two seasons, and with the likes of Dan Straily, Pablo Lopez, and Ivan Nova on the horizon, Shaw's mid-$3,000s FanDuel salary should make him a prime value play.
