The Baltimore Orioles will be starting righty Dylan Bundy tonight, and that matchup leaves the New York Yankees with a solid 5.12 implied total.
2018 has seen Bundy post much-improved numbers from the weak marks we saw out of him the last couple years, but he's still allowing some big contact numbers. He's giving up a 33.7% hard-hit and 45.2% fly-ball rate, and the 15.6% soft-hit rate that he is forcing is on pace to be a career-low.
Aaron Judge is producing his usual dominant numbers against right-handed pitching this year, turning a 49.0% hard-hit rate into a .408 wOBA and .285 isolated slugging (ISO). Those numbers bring his averages over the last two seasons to a .429 wOBA and .335 ISO, and even Bundy's improvements don't do much -- if anything -- to limit Judge's upside here.
