There's nothing complicated about what to do with Carlos Gonzalez right now. In July, the Colorado Rockies' outfielder is hitting .341/.396/.682 with a wOBA of .448 and a wRC+ of 169. But coming into July, Gonzalez was batting .268/.319/.437 with 7 homers and 11 doubles.

These are not awful numbers, but they're not terribly productive, either. Gonzalez was in the middle of a hot streak that is now being interrupted by the All-Star Break, and it's possible he won't resume where he left off when play picks up at the end of the week.
